Hello,
Sounds like an item category group issue, for example ERLA or LUMF in the
material master.

Hello All
Would highly appreciate a solution to the issue we have in hand now relating
to BOM components getting into delivery when the main material available is
zero. We have maintained the delivery group but this does not prevent the
components from getting into delivery, when schedule line gets confirmed for
components but not for the main material
