I am assuming that when you "cleared" the doc you mean WMS clear with II20. This should unlock (unblock) your bin.
Now if you mean the Doc is locked, no it's not. It is finished.
To correct your inventory, move the correct bin quantity from the clearing bin (in storage type 999?) back to the bin with a TO (LT01 supervisory move).

We created a system inventory record using LI01N. One of the lines was not zeroed out correctly, but the document has been cleared. Now that bin is locked for inventory. Is there a way to reverse clearing the record? We have not been able to change the count because the record has been cleared.
