Hi Roger,
SAP does change the urls form time to time the only change is:
http://service.sap.com/swdc
Select the following Path:
Download -> Installations and Upgrades -> Installations and Upgrades - Entry
by Application Group-> SAP Application Components ->SAP ERP -> SAP ERP 6.0
-> IDES-Version -> Windows Server -> Microsoft SQL-Server
