Hi Zafar,
I am sorry you are not sleeping, but if you can't follow the SAP Upgrade
Guide and the SAP Notes listed in the Guide, then you need to employ a SAP
BASIS consultant.
SAP has supplied everything you need.
"Best Practice" is to use a Sandbox System where you use a copy of PROD and
DEV to test the upgrade a number of times before performing the upgrade on
your SAP Landscape.

go get the installation guide, read all the notes referenced in this guide.
prepare yourself.
try upgrading on a sandbox system..
