[sap-hr] C.V format display in SAP

Dear All,
I would like to know that
1. Is it directly possible to have seamless link between web portal where
candidate enters his/her employment detail for applying for the job and that
to be fetched directly to SAP?
or
1.Can Resume data bank be uploaded on SAP? like the same format as C.V look
like? c.v image can be scanned?
or
1. After entering all details of applicant , can those info type detail be
retrieved in C.V Format in out put?
Which best solution can be used other then this also to store all
applicant/candidate data in SAP
kindly revert friends....
