Hi,
When your delivery document is created, the dynamic availability check has indicated there is sufficient stock at that time and therefore, your delivery document is generated. However, such delivery document generation will not guarantee that the stock is still available at the time of goods issue. What you should do is to go to Transaction MB51 and check if there is any goods issue transaction being posted after the outbound delivery document is generated and before you posted goods issue. This will explain why the error message M7 021 was populated.
