Hi Suresh
The reason would be that you are trying to create compensation after the person moved to HU and the grpg is different for abs quota.
Check
a)config exist in the grpg's related to HU for abs types, abs quotas, etc, (whatever is valid for HU).
b)Also you can create the compens for a date just prior to the change to HU to avoid this problem.
