Here are the tp commands. Make sure you are in ../trans/bin directory when executing the commands. Check the trans directory from tp profile parameters.
tp addtobuffer pf=TP_DOMAIN_<domincontroller_SID>.PFL <TRno.> <Target_SID> CLIENT=<Client> U01268
tp import pf=TP_DOMAIN_<domincontroller_SID>.PFL <TRno.> <Target_SID> CLIENT=<Client> U01268
tp showbuffer <SID> pf=usr/sap/transRDD/bin/TP_DOMAIN_<domincontroller_SID>.PFL tag=SPAM
tp DELFROMBUFFER pf=TP_DOMAIN_<domincontroller_SID>.PFL <TRno.> <Target_SID> CLIENT=<Client>
Eg.
tp addtobuffer pf=TP_DOMAIN_KPS.PFL KDSK900052 KPS CLIENT=030 U01268
tp import pf=TP_DOMAIN_NP5.PFL ND5K903669 NT5 CLIENT=010 U01268
tp showbuffer FAD pf=usr/sap/transRDD/bin/TP_DOMAIN_FDD.PFL tag=SPAM
tp DELFROMBUFFER pf=TP_DOMAIN_KPS.PFL KD3K900856 KQ3 CLIENT=010
