Victoria,
Could you please send me a copy fo the Word document to help with this Tax Code issue. This Utility company has millions of customers and we need to change all our Billing programs (we deal with multiple Billing Partners) for the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) that becomes effective July 01/2010.
