Once the employee is terminated, his future absence and attendance records
will not have any impact on the payroll per se.
It depends on the number of records you may for such cases. If they are not
that many, delete them manually from PA30. However if they are good in
numbers then download these records from respective infotypes and use LSMW
to delete them.
