Hi,
They can also connect via http. You just have to maintain the URLs in the
Marketplace. It's one of the sections under the alias /serviceconnection.
So try this:
1. Log on to the Marketplace alias /serviceconnection
2. Click on "Maintain Connections"
3. Setup connection type "HTTP Connect - URLAccess"
4. Enter the URL to your system in the "URLs" section
5. Open the connection and provide logon details for SAP Support.

What is the OS of your system. SAP Support can connect via Telnet or WTS.
