Hi Pranav,
You need to undergo training ( either Regular or OLTC) in any of the SAP Authorized institutes to give your certification exam. Other option - If you have good expereince in SAP FI/CO and also hold 2 implementation projects experience, then you may directly contact SAP India, provide all the required documents to them, register yourself for exam and get certified.
