I would suggest using SE16N as opposed to Ad Hoc Query. It's a much easier reporting tool if you are only concerned with information contained in one specific infotype. If you can provide a list of all active employees by PERNR, you can run it against the LTD plan in question to find those that do not have it.

using AD HOC, how can I get a report that tells me who does NOT have a certain IT? I am looking for a report that gives me people who do NOT have and IT0168 LTD plan. I'm stumped.
