Not that I am aware of, nor would I recommend doing so if it was possible. The PO history is "queried" by many standard transactions/programs as well as part of standard BI (BW) replicators into standard info cubes.
Are these PO's legacy PO's? Years back we placed the PO history, audit trail info into a Z-table for reporting purposes.
