Hi Kalpana
Go to transaction code OOQA. It takes you to Qualification catelog.
You need to enter the qualification Group and qualifications there.
Similarly for tasks you use transaction code PFTC. Procedure is same.
The bigger issue is the Qualification Models that you develop. Because corresponding to each qualification you will need a corresponding Traning Program(Business Event type). This will enable you to use the system to suggest training programs for short fall of proficiencies.
Profile match up will be possible.
