Hi All
We do have a qualification catelog but we need to change the strure of the catelog for better utilisation.
Could some of HCM-PD experts provide some sample structures as to how the qualification group and Qualification are organised. Should the groups be drawn on Business Unit lines, Functional lines, or a combination. It suold help me in Profile match up , career and succesion planning exercise.
Possibly some examples of how some companies have done and using it?
Will really appreciate.
