Hi,
We are using the SAP portal to connect to ECC and BI systems. The users log into the portal and click on the various links to access the system.
We are currently using our CUA system for Single-sign on (map the portal SSO to CUA).
When running the reports for a user's log on history directly in the backend system, does anyone know if these are truly accurate?
For example, we are just looking to see the number of users who have actually logged into BI, but because of SSO and Webanalyzer, we're not sure if this report (SUIM) actually tracks if they have logged in.
Any insight is appreciated __.____._
