Hello All,
We are implementing Life and Work Events specifically for Benefits using Guided Procedures. So I have few queries - not pertaining to any issue/error but to understand the context of Life and Work Event usage.
1. How do we manage the updation of INFTY 378 - Adjustment reason . As the adjustment reason record needs to be created in the INFTY 378 before the employee could execute the Benefit Enrollment iView (pertaining to that adjustment reason). So would that be a manual process process of creating the INFTY 378 record and then manually execute the GP processes in the Portal for the employees
2. Can you please help me with the process that was followed in order to use the Life and Work Events .E.G Step 1 ) benefit admin executes the infotype 378 first , Step 2) then he goes to the portal to initiate the gp process for that adjustment reason ..Step 3) employee gets an email to work upon the gp process ... Step 4) employee logs into portal .. and so on.. .. __.____._
