SAP Library - Find your answers

Dear Support Team,
I want to take backup on tape drive from sap front end DB13. Previously, I was taking backup on server disk from BRTOOLS . Now when I Initialize tape from the Action pad list ,double click on Initialize tape. It is assigned with warning. Action logs details are below:
