Hi arsal,
My suggestion is that you will have a look at a SAP Building block document. In this document you can find a detailed description how to assign different roles to a user. These buildingblocks will help you too configure the most basic settings.
Go to http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv12007/CRM_DE/HTML/index.htm and then thecnical information at the left hand side and then Building blocks Library. The document ?C04: CRM WebClient User Interface? will explain how to assign roles.
