Hi,
Fitsr thing is to open a Message with SAP asking for a SAPRouter connection and giving them the contact details of your network Manager. SAP will give you a form that your network staff must complete giving SAP an external IP Address. SAP will then want to know if the connection will be a VPN or SNC Connection.
SAP will then setup the connection when this is done you must check that you can ping the SAP IP Aggress from the proposed SAPRouter.
You then install the saprouter as per the documentation found at http://service.sap.com/access-support
If the SAPRouter is going to be a SNC setting you need to follow the documentation as per:
