Configure SAP ITS IN ECC 6.0

SAP ECC 6.0, SAP has integrates its SAP Internet Transaction Server (ITS) on its server. Please follow the following steps to configure SAP ITS and Login through SAP WEBGUI.
Go to SICF Tcode and activate the following services
/sap/public/bc/its/mimes
/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
/default_host/sap/public/ping
/default_host/sap/public/bc/ur
2)Goto Tcode SE80 locate from the menu, Utilities –> Settings–>Internet Transaction Server (Tab)–>Test Serive (Tab) and set HTTP or HTTPS and click on "Publish" tab and select on Integrated ITS.
3)Goto Tcode SE80 Locate the Internet Services: SYSTEM and WEBGUI.Right click on both the services and click on Publish -> Complete Service
4)If you are configuring SAP ITS for the first time then its always a better option to go to TCode SE38 and run the "SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL" Report.
5)Goto Tcode SMICM and check the status of ICM. To activate or deactivate the ICM services go to Administration -> ICM -> Maintenance Mode -> Activate/Deactivate.
6)Open IE and http://server:icmport/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/ and login to the webgui.
