Hi Lori,

Fristly i would ping the ip address for your SAP system and check for responce. If there is a router string defined i will ping that ip and check for responce.

Check your SAP instance in SAPMMC all should be green and also check your ABAP WP Table in SAPMMC, DIA should be in wait status.
