Hi All,
I will try to keep this detailed but short.
I have an RMA that was processed at another plant as "not OK" in the inspection section, due to them not receiving all parts listed on the RMA. That plant then sent us the material they had, and we also received the missing material.
I am now trying to go in and reverse the inspection and logistical follow up so that the customer can now receive the credit they are looking for. I have a document and the first step tells me to go into MIGO, select cancellation, and enter the material document number and executing.
HOW do I find a material document number for an RMA??? |
