I am trying to configure SAP Time Management for our company. Company's rule is that we are on a compressed, non-compressed and rotating work schedule rules. Meaning, there are employees working 9 hours each day and 5 days each week. And rest days are moving (weekly, semi-monthly and monthly). I am done with the work schedules but when I tried computing the time, 1 day absent is equivalent to 12 hours deduction. Hoping somebody could help me here, please. Thank you so much in advance!
