We stopped using this as the selection parameters didn't meet our needs so
copied the requirement and changed it not to check VTDST for existence,
only status if it was present (amongst some other bits like not sending if
the delivery was already on a shipment from the external system)

From our outbound delivery, output type TPS0 is not triggered since requirement 40 not met. What is failing in requirement 40 is that no entry exists for delivery and transportation planning point Z002 in table VTDST (status of deliveries with transportation planning) . I am not clear how entries in this table is stored for delivery and Z002 transportation planning point. Z002 is external planning point.
In delivery, transportation planning status is A since shipment is not created. Further config is there in T code 0VTP (maintain transportation planning point for external system ) in which transportation planning point Z002, Tp partner number,logical system, Output type=TPS0 is defined.
Not sure how entry goes to table VTDST for the delivery and Z002 tpppoint.
I believe shipment is created after output TPS0 from delivery is sent to external TMS but I also created shipment from an inbound IDOC for the delivery just as a trial method but TPS0 is not triggered from delivery either.
Can someone suggests how entries go to table VTDST (status of deliveries with transportation planning ) for dellivery and transportation planning point ? if entry goes to this table, the requirment 40 can be met and output TPS0 triggered ?
