use the "Status Included" or "Status Excluded" fields. In your case the
equipment "deleted" is not actually deleted but has a status of DLFL
(Deletion Flag Set). So to exclude this from your report enter DLFL in the
Status excluded field before executing. Make sure DLFL is ALL CAPS, this
field is case sensitive.
