Reply from Thomas_H on Sep 28 at 12:31 PM Also, sometimes the SLD service will start on the server before the SQL server service is running. Confirm that your SQL service is running in the service manager, then restart the SLD service. You may also need to restart the integration service as well.

While I am trying to login sap b1 through sapb1 client it asks for IP address and port number and on entering the same it gives message in red as
Failed to connect System Landscape Directory(SLD). Please contact your administrator
Checked using task manager service "SAP Business One SLD Service" is running.
Tried to login using service manager by clicking configure setting button
the web page open's up and ask for user id and password.
When I enter user id and password on the webpage it gives message
"Please confirm if SLD is started". |
