the new machines with same names to avoid too much tweaking when moving
data to the new servers.
Your users will be affected in 1,2 and 3 as well since this is the current
platform.
Your strategy is not good. Start building your new servers separately and
then do sync of the new and old systems when users are not using the
system maybe during a holiday or weekend to minimize downtime.
