Reply from David Slocum on Sep 28 at 9:49 AM Just a word of caution regarding doing a complete client copy over top of your development system (in case no one has already mentioned it). It is strongly advised that you NOT do this, as it will wipe out all of your development history, including versioning, developer access keys, etc. I believe I have heard there is a way to save off some or all of this information before doing the client copy and then importing it back in again, but I am unsure of the details, or of the advisability of even attempting it. We gave up on it because it would make those systems nearly unusable for a week+ As mentioned, Client copies work well, and use SCC1 to copy your changes from the Dev client to your new test client. Another option would be to use ALE that will allow you to copy some types of data between systems. In the long run what usually ends up happening is the Dev & Functional teams end up manually creating the data in Dev Hope this helps.
