For one of my customers we work with 10.1 SP13 and the other SP14 and none of them I can see this pop-up screen showing. The pop-up blocker is disabled so that's for sure not the issue. We work with IE. Tried with crome and the same issue.
The exact issue is when a request has multiple roles and we reject 1 and all others will be approved we need to add a comment on the line item level but now the pop-up box does not show we need to click on link comment to add a comment.

In 5.3 when rejecting a access request you would be prompt with a pop-up screen/box so you could add your comments but now the system only gives you an error message if the option comments mandatory is selected. Is there a way to get this pop-up box back?
