We have two full security admins in CUA system. One admin is trying to connect some new child systems and is using SCUG to synchronize the addresses. They are coming up in SCUL with this error. No unique jurisdiction code cannot be determined. The second admin who has the same exact access can resend the IDOC and it turns green. The first admin gets the same error message after re-sending the IDOC.
