Pedro: When you use PFCG Role Agent, all agents get the request. There is no allowance for 'determination' with this option, it is all or nothing.

Use a BRF+ agent flat rule. Yes, Company will work if that is a criteria that is always filled in (i.e. should be required on all requests).
