Question from twinkle on May 25 at 7:05 AM Hi, In a batch job(SAP) there are 3 steps 1. Transfer files from one folder(Inbound) to other(Upload) 2. ABAP step 3. Send the files to BACKUP 1. After transferring files from inbound to upload folder, the abap step with report and variant will run, if at all.. ABAP job got failed, we need to send an alert after 2nd ste i.e., can we write a linux script as abap jo failed send an email to the users, and after that the last step i.e, files moving to backup folder shouldexecute. So, please let me know whether we can write a linux script f sending email in the next step of same job(after abap step) If yes, how? or any other way's we can send an email by not creating a new job,and not using alerting tab in the j5hen transaction.. Thanks in advance!!! | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community. Start today. _.____.__ |
