In all stages we use PFCG roles as agent type. I guess we could use company as restriction. Would this work?

Hi guys (and girls),
We have implemented a WF using BRF+ flat rule where we have a decision table directing the WF for each specific req type to a specific path.
In each path we have several stages and in the last path and last stage we have the business owners. Now here is the issue where we currently have all requests being directed to all BO. We want to have for example UK requests only being directed to UK BO. How could or should we do this? I was thinking about using company field and restricting the authorizations...
