That sap notes doesn't help me.
The first one (2366956), I ran the command hdbuserstore list with <sid>adm and it seems Ok. This is the output:
f00hanadev01:devadm 56> hdbuserstore list

Regarding the sap note 2386290... I'm running the latest SUM tool... the version SP19 therefore this sap note is not for my case.
Regarding the third sap note that you mentioned (2381765) it say...
"the parameter sslEnforce in the communication section of the global.ini configuration file is set to true"
In my case this specific parameter is set to false so I believe this is not for my case.
Any other tip?

Now I´m facing an error during the phase PREP_INIT/HDB_CHK_PRIVILEGES:

I searched for a solution but I can´t found any sap note or something else that mentioned this error and the solution for it.
