If yes, then get in touch with the functional guys or the ABAPers as both of the mentioned T-codes are customized one. 2. Or recently have you changed/or upgraded your printer or changed any printer settings. If it's a new installed printer, then you will have to install the corresponding/compatible driver on sap server in your landscape. Regards, Sumit
