Please make sure you can login to system using schema user using HANA
Studio.
Further check if schema user is active and not deactivated.
Next, with sidadm run the below command
hdbuserstore -H sap<sid>db SET SAPSR3 "sap<sid>db:3**15" SAPSR3 <password>
Further, check SAPSR3 user too.

No... I believe those sap notes are not related with this issue and my environment!
The first note (2400818) is related with SWPM tool not SUM tool, is related with installation not update/upgrade.
The second sap note (2362302) is related with a Hana version that is not the version that I have installed in my case.
My version is the latest version of Hana DB 1.0
