[sap-security] SE37 Cannot Import the Function Name

Hi community,

From the transaction code SE37 while performing the function Z_CLEAR_VIEW I have the error message:
Error: Cannot import the function name
RFC Callreceive error. You are not authorized to performed this activity. SAP NWRFC721 SAP Partner.

Can someone tell me how to fix this issue?
