All company's are looking for experienced candidates. That's why I am failing to get job. I am going for experience this time from a friend's company, but I don't have any real time experience. I am also wanting to go for certification in atos India pvt ltd. I have giving experience of 3years in SAP Fico. So, suggest to me the best way. Should I go for the certification or go for the job.
