If the printer is at the latest version, I would still re-flash it in case it was corrupted. You can also try a ^JA or even a ^JR to clear the buffers, but the ^JR is a complete printer reset so that may not be as desirable. We have the same problems and that's how we deal with it. Or have the users do a factory reset of the printer settings from the front panel. Regards, Mike
