Reply from Mike O'Brien on Apr 5 at 9:57 AM If the printer make/model are the same, then I would try and update the firmware to the latest version. If the printer is at the latest version, I would still re-flash it in case it was corrupted.
You can also try a ^JA or even a ^JR to clear the buffers, but the ^JR is a complete printer reset so that may not be as desirable.
We have the same problems and that's how we deal with it. Or have the users do a factory reset of the printer settings from the front panel.

When labels print from AS400 using Zebra printer, and then from SAP, the last AS400 label overlaps with the 1st SAP labels. The ZPL clear code is used ^XA^MCY^XZ.
It prints fine on the office test printer, but does not on the warehouse printer. Any advice on this?
