Create a separate payroll area keep thr currency accordingly. No need to
create a separate eg or esg just creat pa psa map it accordingly you can
take country as 99 and use the same payroll schema just add sub schema to
process the relevant payroll area.
For statutory you can go with a development if you don't want localization.
