You can try using transaction SE16 to look at the contents of table PB2ASTAT with the following selections to show the ID and date that it was sent
MOLGA = 08
GLBID = 08RTIFPS*
STATUS = 3 (OK)
GDATE = 01.04.2015 to 30.04.2015

HMRC is claiming that somone is missing from the file. In order to resolve the problem HMRC are asking me for the file's correlation ID and Gateway Timestamp so they can trace the file and identify the person's record.
