Thanks for the suggestion. As the db size is around 2.6TB if add new /oracle/sapdata around 300GB. As the DB growth is 20gb per month, can it affect the DB performance?
Is there is any dir which I should consider?

We are running out of space in our storage. We are planning to purchase a new DAE (disk array enclosure) form EMC. Our database size is 2.6 TB. So please guide me which mount points size I must take into consideration (i.e. to increase the size of mounts points) or to create new points so that the SAP application runs perfectly.
Our SAP is on Oracle Solaris EHP 7 upgraded.
