We have five technicians assigned to Work center via HRMS. In Work center the No. of Ind capacity is set to 5 and work hour 8.00 AM - 4.00 PM
I have assigned an individual technician to a work order operation for a specific day from 8.00 to 10.00.
Now, I want a report of availability of individual technician for the day. It should be 6 hours. How would that happen? Right now I am only able to get this report for the whole work center.
