You could get that from table VBFA
If you go to transaction SE16 or SE16N or SQVI and display table VBFA
enter your sales order # on the "Preceding Doc" (VBELV) field and execute
This will show you all the subsequent documents created and the field "Subsequent Doc. Category" (VBTYP_N) will identify the subsequent document type (e.g. "J" is Delivery)
and there are two date and time stamp fields (ERDAT & ERZET) that you could use for the created time you requested
