Hi,

this is not a user or security issue.

You aer having issues with you SAP license...
or, if you are on a cluster, if you system change servers, your SAP license might not be valid for the new hardware key related to your second server.

go have a look in tcode SLICENCE. Also supply your SAP, OS and DB versions.

My question is, If the message "Logon not possible" is true, how is it
possible for other users to work and also I said before, the same user id
is able to execute some jobs?
