Not sure if there is a standard SAP report that will give you all those items in the one report, but we have done pretty much the same thing using the SAP query report tool. With the SAPquery report tool you make your own info set (set of tables that have a logical connection to each other) and then one or more reports from that info set.
We did an info set combining the MSEG+MKPF+MBEW tables, which have all the fields you are interested in, and then a query report based on that info set.
Pretty easy to do and once you have mastered a few SAP query reports you will end up using it for all sorts of things.
