The end user did not tick "Create Data Medium" box during the payment run.

Are the spools getting generated? generally mails don't get triggered if spool did not get generated.is it happening only for particular user who is running payment run?
If there is no change in variants and if it is only with particular user and spools not getting generated check the user profile if printer is maintained or not.
if still issue exists may be ABAPer can debug the payment program and check why emails are not getting triggered to vendors |
