In ABAP you can achieve to pick on one TO with more then one operator (not same line, but same order).

We've got the following issue:
User 1 is scanning a HU and the first TO in line is suggested to pick.
User 2 is scanning a HU and expects the next TO in line to be proposed to pick, However the system gives the message that no TO can be found.
The TO's are related to a delivery.
Client mentions that in another warehouse the same scenario works fine.
Do you have any ideas?
